grrrrrreeeeaat! When we first were at the dealership, we were looking for a used vehicle. We had just been in a horrific vehicle accident and we were hurting. Karen Girard came out to help us and we looked at two vehicles but I was not able to continue because of pain. Later on in the week, we looked at other places for used Chrysler minivans. We found one at the Chrysler dealership that we liked, but they were steadfast in their price. After looking at other dealerships and online, we decided to go new. Karen had given us her business card. So we made an appointment to see her and the vehicle we decided on was a Dodge grand Caravan, bur unfortunately they did not have what we wanted on their lot. So we sat down with her and went through what we wanted in the vehicle and she did a search through Ontario at other dealerships and found one for us. The price was right. After we talked to Karen we talked to Ruby and got approved and as they say the rest is history . Would recommend Karen to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Marc & Sue More

Worst service in the city I purchased a 2009 grand caravan new back in 2009. The service there was horrible. I vowed never to step foot back in their doors. However I won a han I purchased a 2009 grand caravan new back in 2009. The service there was horrible. I vowed never to step foot back in their doors. However I won a hand wash and wax auto detailing certificate at a charity fundraiser for use at motor city Chrysler. I bought in my one year old ram for my "free" detailing. What I got back was a still dirty truck , there was still mud on the tube steps/running boards, there were spots on the rear quarter panels they were missed all together and the front end still was covered in bugs. Honestly my ten year old could have done a better job! The truck now has more scratches than it did before and I'm not sure what they waxed it with , but it seems as though they didn't. When I picked it up at night the person I dealt with looked it over and deemed it unacceptable and called his boss Wally right away, this was on the Friday night of the long weekend, I was told to bring it back the next week and they would redo the wash and wax. When I returned Wednesday morning and talked to Wally I was more or less told that it was "free" and I could go pound salt. Once again quality service from Windsor Chrysler! More
