From start to finish all my questions were answered and Jarrod went well beyond your average buying experience to make sure I was happy and completely at ease during the sale. It was like dealing with family and Bill in Finance was so friendly that I knew Motor City would be my only choice from now on. I was only inquiring about the lease deals that were available. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of leasing and we came to an agreement on a Ram. I have never dealt with a more friendly and accommodating sales manager as Kathleen. My wife accompanied me on my next visit with Jarrod. He too, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had all the paperwork prepared. He went through the details of the contract with a positive and patient manner. He answered every question we threw at him. On day of delivery, Jarrod had the truck ready on time and looking beautiful! We will definitely be back again for our next purchase/lease, as well as many of our friends and family. More

Service Hours I have dealt exclusively with Motor City and ALL of its predecesors for over 50 years. Three things were the reasons - great service advisors who are I have dealt exclusively with Motor City and ALL of its predecesors for over 50 years. Three things were the reasons - great service advisors who are open and honest; close to my home; and, i have had a habit of bringing my vehicles in for service for the FIRST morning appointment. I would arrive shortly before 7 am and, usually, wait for work to be done. This morning I arrived as usual, about 6:50 am only to find that opening hours for service have changed to 8:00 am. This, for me, is totally unacceptable and unless it changes, I will be looking elsewhere. and I will not be willing to recommend Motor City for service. I tried to leave that item blank but was forced to make a choice. I would have left it blank for that reason).: More

Was told the warranty on brakes was only 1 year - which is outrageous as they should last longer than 15,000kms - but the dealership is going to do a free brake inspection - I understand this is the RAM warranty. Appointment time for drop off was 8:30am. Was there on time and given a shuttle ride home for the wait. Did not receive a call from John to let us know what was going on by 1:15pm so called them and had to try numerous times to get through to John - he did n't even return the voicemail we left. when we FINALLY got through to him we found out the truck still hadn't been looked at at this point. Now, have to get to work and normally leave the house at 2:30. Was told can pick up the truck or leave it overnight to pick up tomorrow. We both work different schedules and should not have to pay for a taxi for one of us because the shop couldn't do a brake inspection within almost 5 hours - should have had plenty of time. John sent a shuttle to take my husband to work. We called and spoke to the service manager, Cara Fleming, who said she would rush the truck through and have it dropped off to my husband at his shop. Thank you John and Cara for taking care of the truck and making sure it was fixed and dropped off. You have restored some of our faith with the service department. The only real problem I have at this point is the lack of communication. More
Service I brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler in on Tuesday because I was hearing rattling noises in the rear. The service tech told me to bring it in on Thursday m I brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler in on Tuesday because I was hearing rattling noises in the rear. The service tech told me to bring it in on Thursday morning at 8am. I did so and there was no appointment scheduled for me. I did end up leaving it there ALL DAY till 5pm. It turns out I do need rear brakes-no problem . I chose to get them done elsewhere because of the cost. When I went to pick up the Jeep I was handed a bill for $28. Not once was I told when I dropped the Jeep off nor when I talked to the service people throughout the day that there was going to be a charge for looking at the Jeep. Not once have I ever been charged in the past for other vehicles that I have brought in and had chose not to get the work done because of the cost. I know it's only $28, that's not an issue - it's the point that no one said that there was going to be a cost. More
