Unwanted guests overstayed their welcome My car wouldn't start due to what I thought was lack of gas and then moisture in the fuel line. I was very wrong. A rodent had made a nest under my ho My car wouldn't start due to what I thought was lack of gas and then moisture in the fuel line. I was very wrong. A rodent had made a nest under my hood and chewed up many of the wires attached to my engine! Bryan conferred with his manager and mechanic and came up with a reasonable action plan to fix it. After a repeat visit from the culprit, I was told to come back in and they would give me a loaner and fix the subsequent damage as a priority. Bryan kept my costs down and made suggestions as to how I could prevent this from happening again. Overall he made a rather unpleasant experience tolerable. More

A litttle suprised I came in for a total front brake job , but I assumed I would have to come back another day after finding the parts . Poor - I am not sure if they did any work on my car !! This is the second time I visited Mississauga Toyoto for service. First Visit - I went there to get a check up of some problem with my car which h This is the second time I visited Mississauga Toyoto for service. First Visit - I went there to get a check up of some problem with my car which had cropped in after an accident repair was done. They charged me $127 for the checkup. After the check up I was informed of a loose wiring. I went back to my insurance company to let them know of a loose wire which was left by the repair company (Assured Downtown). Service manager at Mississauga Toyota did not support my claim and said since it was not directly connected to the accident repairs. I went back to service manager who was then uncooperative to my query and was rude. Second visit was Oil change service, I was told that my car was cleaned and tire pressure checked. After notifying to the service manager that cleaning was not done properly and tire pressure was not checked he only gave me excuses on how cleaning was done through machine wash and will not be perfect. He had an excuse ready for tire pressure as well and did not make an attempt to confirm if it was checked. I realized its not worth arguing and left without getting it done. I know they did not check the tire pressure. Now I am wondering if they ever did an oil and filter change or just charged me for it. I will not be returning to this center again. More

Phone list in alpha Thank YOU! Why I haven’t had such a good belly laugh since the last time i replayed Jeff Dunham’s “Achmed the Dead Terrorist”. Phone list in alphabetical order BY FIRST NAME!! Really, does it get any better than this? While I appreciate that there do not “seem” to be any instructions in the Owners’ Manual for the transfer of a phone list from iPhone to dash; while your tech did his level best to put my call list into the Blue Tooth; though Toyota Canada absolves themselves of all blame for this glitch, claiming that “Apple does not support them in making this technology available for use by the car manufacture and lastly, while Apple Care could not rectify the problem, but assures me that they will escalate the issue to their top level hackers for their immediate attention, the situation is still thus-my phone list in the car reads, for example, “Alice, Amada, Anna and Aristole:, not “Armstrong, Ashcroft, Baily, Chartwell” as it should. SO, once again, thank you for this delightful, humorous “ooooops”, made all the more hilarious as I am a Retired Elementary School Teacher. Why, I’ve had my red pen out all morning, just itching to mark a needed correction. Thanks, and have a wonderful day. ( So much more enjoyable that the appreciated but boring Free Car Wash after each service-thank you. ) Sharon 905 268-0131 More
