Very disrespectful of customer's time I have had a very dissatisfying experience with Mississauga Hyundai dealership (located on Glen Erin Drive) regarding replacement of my passenger sid I have had a very dissatisfying experience with Mississauga Hyundai dealership (located on Glen Erin Drive) regarding replacement of my passenger side mirror t on September 15, 2018. The part has been ordered and the appointment to install it was scheduled for next Saturday (i,e. one day after the part would be ready to install, as recommended by the parts technician and the service adviser). I brought my car for service on the scheduled day - only to find out that not only the part has not been painted - it had not even been received. While I understand that the delay would not necessarily be the dealership's fault, I was extremely disappointed that the service adviser has failed to call me and advise of the same. Very disrespectful of my time. I am giving it one star for poor customer service. More

My wife took in her Sonata for warranty work where a part of fa ?Scam artists in their element here and ESPECIALLY LOOKING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN. My wife took in her Sonata for warranty work where a part of fallen off the vehicle. The vehicle is a 2016 model with 52,000km on it. The warranty is a 10 Year/100,000km warranty. The two people dealt with here were Mukesh and Was'M both of whom were looking to take advantage of their customers. They tried to charge us $250+ for replacing the part and installing it while this vehicle is under warranty This is not the first bad experience we've had with this location, first one being with the sunroof where these people could not even get the parts ordered correctly causing us to take 3 days off of work. After asking Mukesh what could have caused this problem, he could not explain why, all he wanted to do was bill us for a warranty item because he claimed that we broke something that was underneath and behind the bumper. This part literally fell off the vehicle, a vehicle that has been serviced meticulously and has never been in a collision. When asked to provide reasoning on how this happened, they were not able to explain. Be careful taking your vehicle here for service. Avoid at all costs; And ladies, please take extra care brining your vehicles here by yourself. Hopefully this review stands out from all the fake 1-Review-Only profiles. More

WORST SERVICE EVER - I WILL NEVER BUY HYUNDAI EVER AGAIN Service centre was useless. Started with a service advisor about a warranty issue and I was told I had to wait for an answer. After 2 weeks he texted Service centre was useless. Started with a service advisor about a warranty issue and I was told I had to wait for an answer. After 2 weeks he texted me just saying that the warranty claim had been denied. Not even the decency to make a phone call to explain. After I called to complain he call me just to say it was not covered under warranty. At this point I requested a letter stating why the claim was denied. No answer at all. I left a few voicemails with no reply. Finally I got a hold of the Service manager and it was worse than the service advisor. He promised to email me back and talk to his manager and promised to call me back by Wednesday. Today is Friday and he never emailed me nor called me as promised. Shame on you! I do not know how you became a manager. I should have checked the reviews before I went to Hyundai. I do not want to click a single start as they do not deserve it but it is the only option for a review I will never ever buy again a product from your company and will tell everyone trying to buy a car about my experience with your company. I will post reviews every time I have a chance and will report it to the BBB. More
I lost my trust in this company Allow me to please give a brief background. I purchased a 2013 Elantra brand new in 2013....and for the first few years the service was incredible. Allow me to please give a brief background. I purchased a 2013 Elantra brand new in 2013....and for the first few years the service was incredible. Very friendly and professional service. Fast forward to today..........I came in for an oil change and a "system software" update was required. Unfortunately my experience that occurred on July 12 2018 at the Mississauga Hyundai 3045 Glen Erin Dr location (same location as where i purchased my car) has been completely dreadful. After my service was completed and i was on my way home i heard a POP in the exhaust and the outside of my car was engulfed in smoke. So much so that myself and nearby drivers were blinded by the smoke and i almost ran off the road. (not an exaggeration..it was bad). After i pulled over in a panic, i assessed the situation. i managed to get the car back to the dealership (thankfully i was only 2 lights away) and brought what just happened to the staff and manager's attention (the managers name was Mukesh i believe). The technician said it was because of the software update and it should of been test driven properly first to let all the smoke run out. After he took it for a test drive and ran the car around it was suitable to drive. HOWEVER, it should of been taken for a test drive before handing over the car to any customer or in the VERY LEAST 'communicated to your customers especially if you know this can happen. Shortly after that, i addressed the concern i had to the manager and instead of an apology and/or any type of accountability, all i received were excuses. Even after i addressed I could of injured myself or others while driving because of being blinded by the smoke....to the manager meant nothing!! The fact that my safety means absolutely NOTHING to the dealership is unacceptable. I will definitely be taking this matter further in greater detail as i intend to address this further to higher management. If anyone in higher management is reading this, i implore you to please hire a leadership who has some concern for 'customer safety' and knows to to ensure proper communication toward customers to avoid any further issues with anyone else's safety. In addition to all this, while my car was being serviced, i spoke to a sales rep to inquire about a new 2018 model. however due to today's circumstance, i lost all faith and trust in this company and will no longer do ANY business with them going forward. This includes any servicing for my vehicle For anyone else reading this, the state that the dealership is in at the moment....i can only hope you go to another location. More

New car buying nightmare!! WARNING!! Please read this before buying a car from Nav Bhatia Mississauga Hyundai. I am new to Canada and this is my first hand experience (a nightma WARNING!! Please read this before buying a car from Nav Bhatia Mississauga Hyundai. I am new to Canada and this is my first hand experience (a nightmare) in buying a new car. Here is my story! I recently bought a new Hyundai Elantra GT 2018 on 10th May 2018. Prior to my visit to the showroom I had fixed an appointment with the Product Specialist (sales rep) and mentioned the version of the car I was looking for. The sales rep made me wait for more than an hour for a test car and agreed to join me for the drive. During the drive, instead of explaining the features, he was busy with his phone. After the test drive we discussed the finances. The sales rep mentioned after paying a deposit of $1000, he would introduce me to the finance director who would be explaining the financing in detail. I agreed and then sat down for a discussion with the finance director. The financing options he provided was completely different and told me the options provided by the sales rep were wrong. This should have been my first indication to back out, as they were not on the same page!! My fate, I continued with the deal!! At the time of booking my car I mentioned to the sales rep and finance director that I was new to Canada and my only request was for an on-time delivery. They promised that they would deliver within 48hr of processing my finances. Not only did they delay the delivery of my car by a week, there were no updates from them at any point of time. I had to constantly follow-up with them with regard to financial approval and delivery. The sales representative and the financial director (advisor) at each stage made me feel as if they did me a favor by selling the car to me. When I thought of backing out, the sales representative refused to refund my initial deposit money that I had paid on my first visit to the showroom and so I was forced to buy the car from them. On the day of delivery, the sale rep and I inspected the car for scratches and dents. I told him the car was not clean near the doors. He said this happens due to transportation of the car to the dealership. I did not argue, as I was extremely frustrated and wanted to drive away with my car. He and I then established the amount required and we signed the documents as agreed to. The sales rep had made a clerical error and missed out a $1000. At that point neither of us realized this. Two weeks later, the sales rep realized his error and called me. He left me a threatening voice mail, saying that the bank would halt the funds for my car if I did not pay the $1000. A week later, the financial director gave a call and threatened saying that he will sue me if I did not pay the money by June 4th. They were threatening me for their clerical errors and did not even apologize for their mistake. I checked with the bank and I was told that the money was released on the day of my car delivery. In fact, my first payment was debited as per the date mentioned in my loan document. I responded to all their calls through email and mentioned I was happy to return the car. I got no response from them!!! In the meantime I had contacted Hyundai Canada customer service and registered a complaint regarding Mississauga Hyundai. They understood my frustration, made a note of the situation and mentioned that they would share my experience with the Sales Manager at Mississauga Hyundai. At the end of the day I would have to sort this with the dealership, as Hyundai Canada does not intervene in dealership sales operations. Yesterday, out my goodwill I went to Mississauga Hyundai and settled the $1000. Their Sr Sales Manager did not apologize for their mistake and made me feel as if I had made a mistake by missing out on the $1000!! Rather he was happy to write a letter stating, “Mississauga Hyundai will not contact me as I had a terrible experience with the store”!!! In fact I even returned the $150 gift card they had given me at the time of delivery. Shamelessly he took that back as well!! Lesson learned: I should not have approached Mississauga Hyundai, as they clearly do not value their customers. I was harassed for no fault of mine, lost my time and the charm of buying a new car!! More
