Richard is low key, understanding my buying style in the best possible way. On two occasions, when my money was really tight, Richard went the extra distance by finding another way to lower payments and reduce the final cost of the vehicle. He doesn't play games, speaks honestly and I love his sense of humour. The service department works with you in a very knowledgeable way. Except once, I have never had a bill that I wasn't expecting. On that occasion, I chose to replace more than what was need and they worked with me to split the cost over two months. The quality of the work is exceptional and if there is a doubt or question, they are happy to have the mechanic meet with you to go over any concerns. Once there was a nagging fan issue that stumped everyone. It took five visits before things were really fixed, all at no charge and the best thing was, that at no time, did they ask whether I was crazy or hearing things. The assumption was that there was an issue identified by a customer and it needed fixing. Customer service is what Mississauga Honda is about. More
