NEW CAR PURCHASE My wife and I were looking to trade in our vehicle and stopped by the Dealership. I liked the atmosphere and set-up was nice. Was greeted by a friendly salesperson, was not pushy or agressive like some. Discussed the pricing and was not too bad, a little negotiating and the perect price with extended warranty and features was perfect and made the wife very happy. A very Big kudos to salesperson Chis Sleva for taking the time, being patient and working very hard for us to get what we wanted and make the deal possible, thank you very much Chris. Also to DianeMehmel in Finance, such a pleasant personality and very easy to talk to. We couldn't have been any happier with the service and I am going to make sure our kids go there when they want to upgrade their or purchase their new vehicle. Picked up a new Ford Edge. Employee Pricing rocks!!! I went out shopping for a new ride. I didn't even consider Ford until I had driven 6 other SUVs that day. I had a name from a coworker of a sales person, who was busy with a customer. Keith Juskov, one of the Sales Managers, stepped in to assist me. Provided me with all of the information I was looking for. Returned this year, Keith remembered me and provided me with exceptional service. I was hesitant to purchase, without doing some further brand comparisons. There was absolutely no pressure. I made my decision to lease for 3 years and Midtown bought my vehicle from me and gave me a cheque! I am banking it, to use for my buy out. I purchased a Ford 2014 Escape SE and am loving it. I would happily recommend others to go to this dealership and already have done so. More
