Reed is a no nonsense salesperson with a friendly attitude and no pressure approach. He was honest about the vehicle's strong points as well as limitations. He made sure the car we were looking at met our needs and gave us value for our investment.. He understood the importance of an independent review by a mechanic of our choosing and insured that any issues were addressed before we committed to the purchase. Reed expressed that he would rather provide a long-term service to families to address not only current but future needs. Reed Boyer is our "Go To Guy" when it comes to looking for a new or used vehicle. I have recommended to friends that they contact Reed first when considering a vehicle purchase. More

A little frustrating. Double dip on repair hourly charge. New starter and flex plate quoted at 10 hours. (Less that 7 using the Mitchell estimation system) meaning they were charging to remove and replace the starter twice, Once for the starter and then again for the flex plate install. Why would you put te starter back on just to take it off again? Parts. Quoted $240 for a starter and $400 for the ring gear/flex plate. The ring gear/flex plate is an $80 - $100 retail part. A 300% premium is unreasonable. They did offer to cut the service rate after I suggested I would take it elsewhere, but after 3 days of being told someone would "call me right back" or "you will receive a call shortly" with no call and usery type overcharges my truck was towed elsewhere (repaired for $400 less even with the $100 Ford diagnosis charge and a second tow) and will not be going there again. More

I went to the local dealer in my area to purchase a new truck and wasted an hour of my time. They showed me some trucks that were different than what I was looking for and would only give me a ballpark price. I bought my last truck off Reed and thought I would give him a call. A 5 minute call and he new what I wanted. I drove over to Mid Town and he had my new truck pulled up front and ready to go.
