Excellent service with Jason !!! Jason made all the difference from the beginning and still again after I bought my car. He came to pick me up at the sky-train station, he took all the necessary time with me (I'm a french speaker... not always easy to buy a car in English), he made me feel important as a customer and tried to negotiate the best price for me with his manager. I didn't even have to visit other car dealer since he convince me right away! Ben, the business manager was also great since he made everything for me to be able to leave with my car the same day with insurance and everything I needed. After I bought my car, Jason did follow-ups with me to be sure I was still satisfied. I was concern regarding a sound that I could hear coming from my right wheel and he booked an appointment for me with his service to check it and repair it if necessary. I'm a "picky client" and I am very satisfied with Jason's service, attitude and making me feel trustworthy regarding his knowledge! Thank you! I'm an happy girl driving a perfect car ahah! More

With funds being precious/low we rushed and made a poor choice in car. It was a busy few years with a new baby and cancer patient in the house. As we are now in better place financially, life is almost normal, we spent the last few months researching and found an ideal used vehicle with this dealership. Being from out of town Tiago sent us info we needed via text (photos). Plus patiently waited few days for us to come check it out - even with several other buyers interested. It was a stressful decision for us to upgrade given everything we've been thru the past 3 years. All the staff were very friendly. Dennis, aside from finding us portable phone charger to borrow, got our toddler one of the giant balloons on display (awesome distraction while mom and dad dealt with paperwork!). Ben in finance gave good advice which really felt more like he was there for us (not his employer or institution). Even after speaking to our personal bank rep - they agreed we got a good deal on the financing. Thank you Metrotown Mitsubishi. You're a wonderful team. Thank you for taking away the stress in a big decision for a little family. We're beyond happy. More

I've been there twice and got the worse experience! Dont ever ever waste your time going to this dealership. The Sales Manager is going to pressure you to buy a car from them. And when you do trade in your car they will give you the lowest trade in value. Customer Service is poor, I dont feel welcome on this dealership. The Sales Person walkout when he sees that Im going to say no on their deal. I dont recommend this Dealership. More
Fantastic Experience!! I recently purchased my Pre-Owned 2011 Mazda MAZDA3 GX from Metrotown Mitsubishi and had the best experience with them!!! I was originally waiting on I recently purchased my Pre-Owned 2011 Mazda MAZDA3 GX from Metrotown Mitsubishi and had the best experience with them!!! I was originally waiting on financing at a smaller used car lot for 4 weeks!! It should NEVER take that long! I went on autotrader and found the same make and model I wanted, with lower Km AND cheaper, at Metrotown Mitsu! I was a little nervous at first as this was my first newer vehicle purchase, and the staff there are AMAZING! No sales pressure, super friendly, fast, and funny! I was in my new car in 24 hours!! That's how it should be!!! Huge thanks to Ricardo, John & Tao for being a huge help, and making my vehicle purchase less stressful!! More

I say trepidation because I like the initial impersonality of the email contact but the several times I've used it with dealers I've been mightily disappointed. I could have just as easily bought a Kia but their response to me was a total put off and when I expressed it to them they stopped contacting me, dropped like a hot potato. I think Brad counted 82 emails between us, they were mostly clarification and confirmation but there was some bargaining as well. The bottom line is that I got a deal with Brad/Metrotown without ever seeing them in person (I live in West Kelowna, they're in Burnaby) and I drove my new Lancer home from Vancouver yesterday. Including trade-in which the dealer never saw before yesterday but which I described accurately, and which went through pre-acceptance inspection without problem. I don't think most dealers realize the power of the email contact and negotiation, but it worked for Metrotown Mitsubishi and I. I'm a very satisfied customer. Brad, a wonderful young punk, is older and wiser with our dealing and deal and me, an old fart, am driving my new Lancer SE up here in the ice and snow in West Kelowna. One thing I'd recommend is that Greater Vancouver dealers has block heaters factory installed as a matter of course for us up-country customers, and train their Lower Mainland customers on the purpose and benefits of a block heater for their occasional cold snaps. More

Poor communication! Don't waste your time here Recently went to purchase a new vehicle and left a deposit to hold the vehicle. We were approved but hadn't yet signed off the on loan agreement befo Recently went to purchase a new vehicle and left a deposit to hold the vehicle. We were approved but hadn't yet signed off the on loan agreement before we decided to back out of the deal because the payments and interest rate weren't what we had discussed. After contacting the finance manager to cancel the sale, he only gave us two options 1)pick up and force us into the car and sign the agreement 2) forfeit the deposit. They dealership hadn't provided us with any documents. And at the time when, we didn't realize we were putting down a non-refundable deposit which was applied as down payment. After speaking to finance manager on the phone for 15 minutes who refused to return our deposit, stating it was used to cover their "labour costs", he had the nerve to hang up on us! More
