Richard Yang answered all my concerns about this new edition of automobile. His hand off to the staff involved in finance, specifically John Chen was seamless. I left in my 2012 i-Miev with the feeling that I was an appreciated client. The customer service is of high quality at Metrotown Mitsubishi. More

Especially the sales manager, I honestly don't even know how he gets any business with that attittude. Not only did they try to rip us off, they argued about the price and were SO rude about it. Then while negotiating with us, they ended up selling the car to someone else with the same price we wanted? Needless to say, it was the worst experience of my life. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, they desperately need a new staff and new sales manager ASAP. More
Scam for installing a LED light and backup sensor Never go there for serving your vehicle! I booked the service appointment online for a regular oil change. Arrived there early and the advisor David try to up sell some accessories. After 5 minutes talk, I interested in the back up sensors and a set of LED day time running light for my Lancer. The price was agreed at 500 with tax. David said he can pick up my vehicle from my work place and return the vehicle around 6 the next day. When he picked up the vehicle, I give him cash for the things I purchase and he told me it will return the vehicle as promised. The vehicle was return after 5 but there is no invoice! The LED installed very badly and my bumper was drill with 4 holes. After a week, the backup sensor is not fully functioning. I go back to Metrotown Mitsubishi the next weekend on my day off, talk to another advisor, he couldn't found my invoice from the computer system! I was surprise and ask the advisor WHY! xxx.....he phone David on his cell and he hand over to me. David said the deal was not done through the dealerships. It was done through another shop in Richmond. I looked through google and found the place in Richmond near IKEA called Designo Auto House. I go into the shop and very surprise me that David is inside the shop and doing the installation on another vehicle. Although he change a new set of the LED and 2 sensor at the back but still remain the same problem. The LED is too blue and backup sensor always sounds even there is nothing at the back. I have no other way to complaint, but I am sure that someone will see this post and not go into the same trap again! More
I don't recommend this dealership because they are not upfront about their numbers. Basically, they try to rip you off! Be cautious, we had intended to buy a brand new car from them but they lost the not upfront about their numbers. Basically, they try to rip you off! Be cautious, we had intended to buy a brand new car from them but they lost the sale because they were quite shady about how they came up with the monthly payment. Essentially, we were looking to trade in a vehicle and they said that after they appraised it our car was worth "somewhere in the middle" of the black book value and they just gave us a monthly payment. I've been doing my research and the numbers they gave us were quite off from what we'd been expecting (granted I estimated the value of the trade in) so we asked them how the numbers came up and exactly what they appraised our trade in at but they wouldn't give us a specific answer, all they said was finance would "cover it" and that we should be happy because the monthly payment was lower than our budget, and that it was a great deal. We just had a gut feeling we were being tricked into something and told them (sales guy and manager) that we would sleep on it...it took us over 10 mins to leave since they kep pressuring us to put a "non-refundable" deposit. We left without paying a deposit but we had to be quite firm. The following day, we went to Wolfe Mitsubishi in Langley. Wolfe mitsubishi laid out the numbers and every single cost was explained. Their quote was $100 cheaper per month at the same term, same interest rate, which was 1.9% at 84 months! This was approx a $10,000 difference!! . So basically the people at Metrotown Mitsubishi weren't giving us anything for our trade in! They are basically thieves! They are very dishonest so Please please be careful and shop around - it could be costly otherwise. More
