If you are worried about being taken advantage of, then do not bring your vehicle here! I brought my vehicle (with limited remaining starts) to Mercedes Durham with the direction of one of their staff that do not bring your vehicle here! I brought my vehicle (with limited remaining starts) to Mercedes Durham with the direction of one of their staff that the vehicle would be looked at on the same day for $358.00. Once I arrived, I was informed it would be $720 +tax just to scan the vehicle, no work, and the vehicle would not be looked at for another week. I was then informed that their next available service appointment was over a month away. When I tried to explain to the service manager, Mr. Sean Lee, he did not let me get a word in. In fact, he was rude and shouted over me. He told me to come pick up my car (with less starts remaining) and gave me less than 24 hours to make arrangements before he started threatening me numerous times with overnight storage fees while I was deciding whether I would have them complete the work or decide to take it somewhere else. I had limited starts remaining for my vehicle and needed to be careful with my decision. They also failed to inform me that there is currently a class action lawsuit for the field service measure that would have fixed my vehicle’s issue. I left with my vehicle in worse condition than I brought it. It was a terrible customer service experience and I have no intentions of ever bringing my vehicle back to that location again. More
It seems to be a common issue with this location that their service department's communication and customer service skills are sorely lackluster. I've been to this location twice with my car and both ti their service department's communication and customer service skills are sorely lackluster. I've been to this location twice with my car and both times have only shown me that they don't seem to care, shut up and pay whatever. After my last visit and my review on Google I had a service Rep call me to defend their practices for almost 25 minutes on the phone. Whatever your business is you should always take the time to explain services and prices to your customers. It is then up to the customer to decide if it's worth the price and the value is there. Our time is valuable and so is every dollar. Mercedes as a brand says luxury and quality and my experience at the downtown service centre was a reflection of that. Mb Durham was a far cry from that. Poor service from the service department, especially Harry B. Inattentive, unprofessional, socially awkward and down-right rude. They hang up on you when you call, cannot connect you to service if you d Harry B. Inattentive, unprofessional, socially awkward and down-right rude. They hang up on you when you call, cannot connect you to service if you don't recall the name of the 'man' in charge of your car, cannot update you on the status of your car with any accuracy, receptionists have a snotty tone, they forget your name, they don't have work orders ready, promise to call at a certain time and they don't, don't have loaner cars arranged properly, and so on. Mercedes Benz Durham is awful, unprofessional and full of excuses. The car itself, the C300, is a farce. Nice interior and it looks decent. Otherwise, the biggest mistake I have ever made buying a car. And I bought many. Apart from the mentioned: unrefined suspension, drone from the exhaust, noisy, transmission is dumfounded and programmed incorrectly (learn from your competitors), idles loud and so on. What a waste! I wish I could turn back the hands of time and give this dealership and the car a pass! Don't believe me, read the reviews here and elsewhere, and you'll agree. And read the ones that are written after a little time of owning the car, and not immediately after it's purchased. Mercedes C300: A pretender Mercedes! More
The Sales department is helpful but after you purchase your car the service department is absolutely awful. They are rude and will do the most to push expensive and unnecessary repairs. DO NOT buy extende your car the service department is absolutely awful. They are rude and will do the most to push expensive and unnecessary repairs. DO NOT buy extended warranty or believe their warranty because they will not cover anything. The stitching came undone on the seam of the drivers seat. I understand if it was a rip or tear anywhere else, but at the seam, it is clearly an issue with the original stitching itself. I have had a Civic for 20 years with less issues than the C300. I was looking to buy a GLE soon but now I will definitely not be. More
Very unprofessional in communicating I wanted to make an appointment and Chantel had a very bad attitude so I found another dealer I’d never send my worst enemy there. appointment and Chantel had a very bad attitude so I found another dealer I’d never send my worst enemy there. More

Personalized attention, assistance, advisory, service, everything is top of the top as you expect from a Mercedes dealer. I'm particularly grateful with New Car Manager Ms. Carmen Beck-Sharman for her extraordinary attention and service.
