I just want to share my feedback about this dealership in general and specifically service department and specifically a gentleman by the name of Harry . This is one of the best dealership that I have ever general and specifically service department and specifically a gentleman by the name of Harry . This is one of the best dealership that I have ever deal with , and this is coming from a person with 7 cars and different brands. Very friendly environment and very friendly and nice people, from general manager Ivan to best sales person in my opinion Behrooz and the best service advisor which this review is focus on Harry Bhelay. Harry goes always and always above and beyond to help you with any concern about your car and service . With the busy schedule of service department, he always will try to find the best schedule to be match with my time , very knowledgeable and and also very in bias advise about what is the best for customer. His customer service ability is perfect and very polite and never will be upset even we as customer might be frustrated. He even arranged with one of the technicians to come to my work to reset something in my car due to not be able to make the car in the dealership before closing . I had A+ experience every single time that I need service for one of my four Mercedes . I am dealing with Harry all the way back to 10-12 years ago if my memory helps and it never happened anything than best service ever. Thank you Harry and thank you Mercedes whitby team More
Hello, Have you ever heard a dealership turning down people before diagnose the issue? I made the appointment for Feb10th at 1.30pm one month before. Around noon one of the service advices called and s people before diagnose the issue? I made the appointment for Feb10th at 1.30pm one month before. Around noon one of the service advices called and said they are not capable of diagnose the car within few hours ,therefore; I need to leave the car with them for 05 to 07 days. The reason was -car is old for 14years and it takes days to do a diagnose. As a person in the same industry its a shame to hear a dealership/world class product is not capable of doing a simple job. Age of the car is not a matter to diagnose a running condition ,well maintained car. Very poor customer service, highly condemn dealership for after sale service. More
If you are worried about being taken advantage of, then do not bring your vehicle here! I brought my vehicle (with limited remaining starts) to Mercedes Durham with the direction of one of their staff that do not bring your vehicle here! I brought my vehicle (with limited remaining starts) to Mercedes Durham with the direction of one of their staff that the vehicle would be looked at on the same day for $358.00. Once I arrived, I was informed it would be $720 +tax just to scan the vehicle, no work, and the vehicle would not be looked at for another week. I was then informed that their next available service appointment was over a month away. When I tried to explain to the service manager, Mr. Sean Lee, he did not let me get a word in. In fact, he was rude and shouted over me. He told me to come pick up my car (with less starts remaining) and gave me less than 24 hours to make arrangements before he started threatening me numerous times with overnight storage fees while I was deciding whether I would have them complete the work or decide to take it somewhere else. I had limited starts remaining for my vehicle and needed to be careful with my decision. They also failed to inform me that there is currently a class action lawsuit for the field service measure that would have fixed my vehicle’s issue. I left with my vehicle in worse condition than I brought it. It was a terrible customer service experience and I have no intentions of ever bringing my vehicle back to that location again. More
