Upon receiving the vehicle realized actual milage was over 11 100 km. I requested that we negotiate some middle ground and that they redo the paperwork with correct milage, they refused. Requested to speak to a manager multiple times and was told they were too busy. Every employee was late to every meeting, Sales rep, Finance person, Delivery person. Zero respect for people’s time.
