Brought my car in because the ESL failed. They said the part would take 2-3 weeks to come in. Started calling for an update towards week 3 and kept getting told someone would call me back. Eventually I got told the part is so back ordered, they don’t have an estimate for when it’ll show up. After lots of angry phone calls, I got Mercedes Canada headquarters to admit people have been waiting for this part for over 8 months. I understand back orders, covid, geopolitical conflicts impact shipping times, but it’s called expectation management. You KNEW when I brought it in that this issue existed. You KNEW I wouldn’t get my car back in 3 weeks. Don’t hide behind some policy that says you have to quote 3 weeks and you know people have been waiting almost a YEAR. You LIED. Every step was a lie, you knew it, and don’t want to admit it. Don’t buy a Benz from this dealership. They’ll only screw you over. More

It was special in that it was the car of my dreams, but perhaps even more importantly is that I just bought a new C43 AMG in May 2023. The C43 was a great car, but I must admit that my decision to purchase the C43 over the more expensive SL63 was a mistake on my part. When I called Tony to let him know that as much as I really liked the C43, I still had SL 63 on my mind despite the price difference. Tony and Rob created a path to the new SL63 that made my decision fast and easy. Friendly, helpful and professional all the way. Thanks Tony for an awesome purchase experience. More
