We felt comfortable from the beginning with him and we are fans for life. He was willing to walk us through different models and the endless questions we had for him with quick responses and was always willing to take a phone call from us even after office hours. His persistence on making sure we had the right vehicle has made this car buying experience like none other. Walked us through all the features on delivery and made sure we were comfortable with all the features and how to use everything. Has even answered a few questions after the delivery as well. 5 stars? 10 is more like it! Hats off to the team at Mercedes-Benz London. Fantastic team, and great job. Came in to look at paint and ended up buying a Benz I have been telling my son about this Mercedes that caught my eye on the highway for the last few weeks and that I really wanted to look at some in pe I have been telling my son about this Mercedes that caught my eye on the highway for the last few weeks and that I really wanted to look at some in person as I had never seen a paint job like that in my life. When we arrived at Finch we approached the CLA which my son said sounded like the description of the car I had seen. Jace noticed us looking at the car and walked over to greet us with a smile and asked if I needed anything. I made it clear that we were only looking at the paint and browsing. She asked us what our story was and I explained everything about the car. She asked us a few questions about my current vehicle and wanted to know if we would be interested in seeing what kind of prices are available to us and if we wanted to see how much they could get for my car via trade in. She reassured us that she could at least get everything on paper to help us budget out a vehicle for whenever I was ready. She asked a lot of questions and was very personable and always smiling. She treated us with a great deal of respect and professionalism and explained the process of how Mercedes can work to get the most trade in value for my current vehicle. She was able to come back with a quote that more than met any expectations I had (because she "dickered"). She told us to take the car out for a spin and see how it felt. I took it out and fell in love with the vehicle right away. The amazing car paired with Jace amazing service, trade in value, and price point made the decision to buy the car on the spot easy and spontaneous...Thank you for helping me purchase the car my late husband always wanted to have. Now I feel like he is riding along with me. When it came to Financing I made it clear to Jace that we have a family mechanic and that I hate being pressured into making decisions on the spot regarding extended warranties etc. The Wong sisters really listened to the feedback and just gave me everything on paper. She only told me show the maintenance pre paid packages to our mechanic before making a decision which I did. I also really love how we have the freedom to purchase the extended warranty at any time as long as it is within our manufactures warranty period, We ended up going with PPM package 4yrs under the advice of our mechanic. We had no appointment, had not even been to MB London for service yet. We showed up unscheduled Monday morning, needing help. They were most helpful, able to squeeze us into their full schedule, diagnosed and corrected the issue. We are very grateful and will definitely be back for future service here.
