I like this dealer, but not Jace I hate to write this but I feel I need to be responsible for other customers. Bought the car in early Sept. and somehow the front tow cover was mis I hate to write this but I feel I need to be responsible for other customers. Bought the car in early Sept. and somehow the front tow cover was missing when I picked up the car --- well, that's not a big deal. A few days later I received the missing part from Jace, but the part was broken. At the same time, I found the TIREFIT kit in my car was expired. Emailed Jace immediately regarding these things and she did not reply, at all. (You know, she was quite responsive the first day I picked the car when she sent me the review link for this website.) Ok, you might be busy. So I followed up multiple times in the following days/week. No reply. Finally, I had to drop by the dealer and the other staff was very helpful in solving my issue. During the purchase of the car, regarding the method of payment, I was intended to pay cash, Jace told me only certificate check is possible, others not accepted. Okay, I went to the bank. But when I came to Katrina to deal with the payment, I found out that many options are available! I don't know why but Jace left me an impression of taking advantage of her customers. I trusted her, but such small things made me feel uncomfortable. I recommend this dealer, but not Jace. More

Brought my E400 Cabriolet in for the airbag recall, and while we were waiting, ended up buying a new B250 4Matic Sport Tourer for my wife. Simply too good a deal to pass up! As usual Tony was amazing, and the entire experience was seamless and effortless. Thanks also to Kristina Wong for her assistance. Tony spent a lot of time going through every feature of the car with my wife until she was completely comfortable with it. When it comes to Tony Yang you only need to know two words - "consummate professional". Don't even bother shopping anywhere else! More
Complaint We were sold a car under false pretenses. We were told that the GLA we were interested in was identical to the floor model in the showroom. When we We were sold a car under false pretenses. We were told that the GLA we were interested in was identical to the floor model in the showroom. When we got home and started checking thru the manual we realized that something was missing. There was no keyless entry and no power tailgate. Checking further I found that the $2000 “Premium Pus” option was missing. This feature was important to my wife and since the car was a 60th anniversary gift for her, it put a damper on the whole transaction. (BTW her Acura trade-in had these features so buying this car was not a move in the right direction). I realize that this was my fault for not checking the list of options more closely but I never considered for a moment that such a basic function would be missing on a car like this. Now we are stuck with a less than satisfactory replacement (Jace will not reply to my e-mails) More

My only recommendation - It would have been beneficial to get a detailed over view of the car when I had come in initially to inspect the car - I had to prompt/ask regarding several different features of the car - which from my past experiences, I gathered it would be more spontaneous. More
