I recently traded in my 2013 Mercedes GLK for a 2018 GLE 43 AMG. Dealt mainly with Tony Yang at Mercedes if London. From the beginning till June the end the experience was phenomenal. I have bought many new 43 AMG. Dealt mainly with Tony Yang at Mercedes if London. From the beginning till June the end the experience was phenomenal. I have bought many new vehicles in the past, all domestic, and this was hands down best experience. I was not looking for a Mercedes in particular because I never thought I could afford one .From the time you walk into the dealership you can tell there is a difference. Tony was my sales person. He took the time to understand my needs and wants. There was no high pressure sales, tricks or gimmicks. I felt like my business was appreciated even though I was not purchasing the most expensive vehicle. Tony was very thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable. I left with a Mercedes that was well within in my budget.I was in total awe of the service I received. I would like to personally thank Tony Yang for his dedication, warmth and understanding. Thank you London Mercedes Two summers ago I was in Southampton at a cottage far from my home in Ottawa when the top of my 2005 calk convertible would not go up. I contacted Mer Two summers ago I was in Southampton at a cottage far from my home in Ottawa when the top of my 2005 calk convertible would not go up. I contacted Mercedes London on Friday and was given an appointment for Monday morning. My car was seen right away but after a couple of hours the service manager I had dealt with came to tell me that they couldn’t sort the cause but would manually raise the top so I would be fine until seeing my dealer in Ottawa.When I asked how much he said”we didn’t solve the problem, so nothing “.l unfortunately couldn’t remember his name, but that experience led to the next car also being a Mercedes.
