Mike is one of the easiest people to work with but most of all is respectful and loyal to his word. Last week was the first time I brought it to Mercedes-Benz London for a major service. This included a B service, a complete brake job, a wheel alignment and a few other items that needed attention. Honestly, I have to say that this was by far the best service experience I have had since owning the car. Andrew Kay was extremely helpful. He accommodated my tight schedule and I appreciated the regular updates as the work was progressing. Despite the amount of work, the car was ready when promised and it drives as if it is brand new again. Would definitely recommend. More

My sales consultant, Mike Robinson, was patient, listened, knowledgeable and was always willing to meet my requests. Mike Maric, who I know from my previous MB was equally invaluable in my decision to buy a MB. A new car is an expensive undertaking but I totally trusted Mike and Mike to have my needs in mind throughout the purchase decision. Excellent. More

He does not apply any pressure tactics and provides facts about the service to me. He answers to queries and follows up on any commitment o look up for the customer. The other folks in the Service Department are also very helpful. The vehicle is ready within the time specified for the service work. I switched my service work from a different city to the London Mercedes dealership for those reasons. I look forward to visit them to service my Mercedes vehicles. More

Tony our sales agent was very knowledgeable and friendly. We feel like we got a very good deal without having to “play the negotiating game”. I got a very fair price for my trade-in. Upon delivery Tony took the time to walk us through all the details of the car’s features and answered all of our questions. I will not hesitate to call him if I have any questions or issues. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. Kristina was very knowledgeable as well and took the time to explain all of the warranty/protection packages. So far, so good. The only remaining question is how will the ongoing service be. My experience with a competitor was not good. More
Very happy with my first experience at Mercedes London. Andrew Kay in the Sprinter department took care of warranty work (3800.00) in less then 24 hours after talking on the phone. Great Service for our entire fleet! Just completed some fleet maintenance with Andrew Kay and the Mercedes-Benz London team. We cycled through 9 sprinter vans in about a week with no hiccups allowing us to continue on as scheduled with our spring start up procedures.
