Because of the used car market, I was looking at possible upgrades. My 2018 Mercedes GLC300 was in high demand, so I looked at what stock was available from local dealers. Mercedes London had a 2021 AMG GLC43 in stock with all of the appointments that I wanted if I was going to trade. When I contacted the dealership, I was connected with Tony Yang, who happens to be an AMG expert. The process couldn't have been smoother. He showed me the vehicle, walked me through all of the differences between my older SUV and the new AMG GLC43 and the improvements in technology. He was familiar with every detail. Next, we worked out the financial details. As it happened, between the hot used car market and some Mercedes incentives, Tony was able to create a deal that I couldn't afford to pass up.
