Let me start sharing that I seldom post online reviews. However, I felt compelled to share my experience I had in September 2022 with MB London. I purchased an older model vehicle from this dealer and w However, I felt compelled to share my experience I had in September 2022 with MB London. I purchased an older model vehicle from this dealer and worked with Tony Yang. I had been looking for a low kilometer, dealer maintained example for some time and saw the car online on a Saturday morning. At the time I write this review, the used car market is really hot so I immediately called the dealership and let Tony know that I would be making my way down (over 100kms away) and would sincerely appreciate if he could hold the vehicle until I get there. Needless to say, this was a stretch of an ask given I imagine many "potential buyers" ask the same thing, only to walk away from the car upon arrival. Tony sent detailed photos as per my request to ensure I would not be surprised when I arrived, given sometimes pictures hide many imperfections that are apparent in person. I arrived at the dealer, the car was exactly like in the pictures and exactly as Tony described. I took it for a spin on the highway, came back and signed the papers and shook hands for the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever made. On the drive home, the TPMS light came on and after a couple of emails Tony arranged to have a driver come and pick up the car, have the issue remedied and dropped back off. I was connected with the Service manager Markus Widmer who was extremely friendly, responsive and kept me up to date. Even the delivery driver Allan was a class act. You know the phrase they use for cars "They don't make them like this anymore?" Well, the same goes for Tony Yang, Markus Widmer and Allan. I have bought over 25 cars in my time, and this by far was the best experience bar none If you see a car at MB London, don't think twice and head on over! You will be in great hands with this Team. I have continued to enjoy great service from Mercedes-Benz London. I drive an older GL-Class which requires attention often. Lately I find Markus is the one booking my vehicle in……appreciated!! Since I told them that I do not wish to trade my vehicle I find that I no longer get suggestions relating to trading. I appreciate the 15% discount that Mercedes-Benz extends to owners who love their older vehicles. I like my vehicle because it is heavy, really great on the highway, great 7 seater size and uses diesel. My friends call it the beast. I’m a proud owner of the beast and I will keep it for many years to come. I thank the auto mechanics at Mercedes-Benz who are able to do diagnostics and identify exactly what is wrong with my vehicle. Then they are able to fix the problem. I plan to keep the beast for as long as the Mercedes-Benz auto mechanics can fix it. I will probably end up being renamed vintage beast owner. Keep being awesome Mercedes-Benz London team👏👍.
