Mike helped me in so many to be able to get this dream car of mine and I want to tell you more about my experience. After I saw the well priced GLK on their website, Mike took my call on a workday after hours when I first inquired about the GLK. He worked around my schedule in less than 24 hours to help set up a test drive. He took the time to walk me around the car and show me every feature it had. During the test drive he took me on a great route where I was able to feel every aspect of the driving experience. Later he work very quick on promising the car would be cleaned up and repainted where needed. He worked with his manager to not only get the GLK in my budget but ensured my trade in received the max value by putting it up for auction right in-front of me, which increased its trade in value immediately. Later He further helped me replace a part we noticed was damaged and he made sure it was done right and in a reasonable amount of time. Honestly, I cannot stress the importance of a salesman like Mike. He made sure I had everything taken care of before I received my new car. He took the time to make me a care package and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. He is the main reason why I so willing to buy this car. Working with Mike Robinson on the purchase of our vehicle was a pleasure. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful.....and I could go on. Complained about a leaky coolant hose and even took a picture for a year was told that was completely normal. FINALLY HAD IT REPAIRED RECENT SERVICE. I did have a re occurring check engine light when I asked if my repairs were related to my coolant hose and air intake hose that was replaced was told yes that was why I had check engine light on . I didn’t even make 10 minutes down the road to have light come on again , I returned making the hour trip back home once again without my car to find our they think it’s related to my emissions repair that was in the recent settlement required for the diesel settlement(which I have yet to see any cheques as of today) Since the parts are coming from Germany I now have no car for up to 10 business days or longer. To top it off not only did they lie about coolant leak being normal My paperwork indicates that check engine was never rectified and they with look into it further in future if problems persist. I was not told this at I picked up my keys and paid my bill. Maybe because I have an older SUV they no longer car about giving basic service. We have purchased 2 G wagons , ml320 and my Gl. Never have I have been so insulted in a dealership that claims luxury service More
