This location is under new management after recent purchase by the Finch Auto group. It is shocking how horrible the MB experience is at this dealership. From frequent staff changes to rude managers, purchase by the Finch Auto group. It is shocking how horrible the MB experience is at this dealership. From frequent staff changes to rude managers, this is the very last new car I purchase at this location. Price was changed on me last second, long waits were had, and "brand new" car was delivered in an unclean fashion. This is all while I was paying near full MSRP price on a vehicle which would be considered a joking matter in any other premium dealership. One of the biggest mistakes I have made in a long time was walking into this dealership with the expectation of a professional transaction. Changing prices while holding one's initial deposit as ransom is grounds for a lawsuit, and I hope someone with more time and resources in their hand brings this dealership and their shady tactics to justice. After deciding that it was time for a new car, the next decision was what type and make of car we would buy. With no set order or preference, we starting looked at the makes of cars on the list and talked to a number for sales people. After visiting the other dealerships, our next stop was MB London. Having bought a few new cars before (not a Mercedes) and having been the other dealership already, my car buying experience was about to change at MB London. Right from the time we walked in the showroom, the reception was friendly and welcoming. My wife and I first got to meet Rob Stockie, very professional and knowledgeable, giving us an overview the Mercedes Benz models. From there, we discussed purchase/leasing options and shortly after we were out test driving a car we had selected. Rob was up front about all the cost and at no time did we sense the pressure to make a purchase. We then got to meet Bill Schonauer, again professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable with the Mercedes Benz product. We took a couple of days to review our experiences and the cars we had looked at. The decision was an easy one to make. We were going back to MB London. We made arrangements to meet with Bill and when we arrived, Bill had our new car at the front door, so we could see it, even before the paper work was completed. Bill was exceptional, ensuring the paper work was completed and reviewing the options on our new car. Within a couple of days we were back to pick-up the car. On delivery, again Bill’s customer service skills exceeded my expectations. After going over the car’s features and providing some helpful hints, based on experiences, Bill mentions that should we have any questions regarding the car, after leaving or any problems with servicing, that we should call him directly. Having now purchase my first Mercedes Benz and dealing with MB London, their Customer Service is the best. Thanks to Rob and Bill. More

Exceptional cusotmer service from Adam in signing all paperwork, reviewing some new options on the my new ML350 but being th friendly and welcoming. Going as far as when the deal was done and I was ready to drive away mentioning that he has his blackberry on all the time, any problems to call or email and he will deal with immediately. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years but none come remotely close the the excellent customer service of London Mercedes and in particular, Adam Stockie and service manager Markus. More

We are looking for a second vehicle in the near future and Mercedes-Benz of London (and Tony) definitely will be our first (and hopefully only) stop. The dealership in general was pleasant and we were chatted up by several friendly employees. We also dealt with Sam Youngren in the Finance section. Very helpful and pleasant individual. Congratulations to HR at this dealership. They know how to pick their people. More
