I recently purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz London and based on my experience I recommend them without hesitation. I dealt with Tony from start to finish and his openness and honesty was a huge fa and based on my experience I recommend them without hesitation. I dealt with Tony from start to finish and his openness and honesty was a huge factor in my decision to buy this vehicle particularly because I was doing so virtually. Tony sent me detailed video review of the vehicles I selected and was very prompt in responding to all my questions. He showed patience and courtesy and allowed the vehicle to sell itself. The price of the vehicle was fair relative to similar vehicles at other dealerships. The dealership also honoured all promises made prior to and subsequent to me buying and taking posession of the vehicle. Overall I am my experience with Tony and this dealership was satisfactory plus. More

Thank You Mike Robinson at Mercedes-Benz London! If anyone gets the pleasure of having Mike as your sales consultant you are in great hands. Mike helped me in so many to be able to get this dream ca If anyone gets the pleasure of having Mike as your sales consultant you are in great hands. Mike helped me in so many to be able to get this dream car of mine and I want to tell you more about my experience. After I saw the well priced GLK on their website, Mike took my call on a workday after hours when I first inquired about the GLK. He worked around my schedule in less than 24 hours to help set up a test drive. He took the time to walk me around the car and show me every feature it had. During the test drive he took me on a great route where I was able to feel every aspect of the driving experience. Later he work very quick on promising the car would be cleaned up and repainted where needed. He worked with his manager to not only get the GLK in my budget but ensured my trade in received the max value by putting it up for auction right in-front of me, which increased its trade in value immediately. Later He further helped me replace a part we noticed was damaged and he made sure it was done right and in a reasonable amount of time. Honestly, I cannot stress the importance of a salesman like Mike. He made sure I had everything taken care of before I received my new car. He took the time to make me a care package and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. He is the main reason why I so willing to buy this car.
