I had been thinking about a new car for some time now and decided, since I drive past the Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley location, that I would “take a look” and see what they had. I have been through some severe personal trauma in the past 1.5 yrs and decided I deserved a treat. The experience I had right from the very start was amazing! My salesperson, Jeevan, the sales manager, Calvin and the finance manager, Alex all made my decision so very easy. They listened to my story and were very empathetic to my situation. When it was time to pick up my car, they had it all shiny with a big red bow on it. Of course, I started to cry lol. Would I recommend this dealership to anyone I know? You bet I would, in a heartbeat! More

Service that depends what needs to be done For example if your getting your tires switched from winter to summer you might get the vehicle back by noon or 5:30 hard to say even though you have made the ap if your getting your tires switched from winter to summer you might get the vehicle back by noon or 5:30 hard to say even though you have made the appointment a week or so in advance. If it is a check engine light well be prepared to take it back several times and even if there is extended warranty they manage to find something thats not covered in the warranty I always thought that mercedes was a reliable vehicle not any more More

Took my vehicle into service this morning and I asked Marcel and Peter if they can contact me when the car is ready as I had errands to fun in the afternoon.
