Parts desk people seem annoyed when asked questions. Overall once they sell you a car they really don’t give care about you. I wanted winter rims and decided dealing with the staff was a hassle so did not purchase. Very disappointed as I thought choosing a Mercedes would equate to a luxury and caring experience. Not the case. They could learn a few things from Lexus. More
