If you’re buying a used vehicle, don’t expect the greatest service, especially once they already have your money. Getting any help or updates is like pulling teeth. Purchased a 2024 Mercedes Benz GLS450 three weeks ago from this dealership. It was a demo that the Dealer Principle Bobby was driving and had 3300km on it. It was a demo and sold as new. Salesmanager Kev from this dealership. It was a demo that the Dealer Principle Bobby was driving and had 3300km on it. It was a demo and sold as new. Salesmanager Kevin took $5000 off MSRP because it was a demo and said they don't normally give any discount on GLS 450s. Everything went so smoothly, and I was treated very well until lately. When they do the delivery, it's in a dark basement where you can't see if there is any damage to the vehicle. I tried to look at the time of pickup, but again, it was dark. I was told, "Oh, don't worry, if you find anything when you get home, it will be fixed." When I got home, I found the following issues. Both rear moldings around the fenders were covered in road rash and rock chips. The finish felt like sandpaper. Two rock chips on the front of the vehicle. A rip in the drivers side seat, 3m peeling from the mirror, and there was a blur on the front windshield. I notified my salesman who treated me really well. They came and picked up the vehicle and provided a loaner. I asked how the rear fenders would be fixed, and they suggested a paint pen. I expressed my concerns on how I didn't think a paint pen would do a good job as the road rash was extensive. After expressing concerns multiple times, the vehicle was returned, and I was told to have a look, and if not happy, they would come up with a solution. They touched up a couple of the deep pits in the paint with a paint pen and then wrapped it in 3m. It looks terrible, and I am not happy with the patch up work. I informed my salesman, who informed the salesmanager Kevin. This was on a Friday, and I was told Kevin would call me on Monday first thing. Monday went by and nothing, Tuesday almost went by, so I called him. He was busy at the time but called me back. I expressed my concern and unhappiness with the patch up job they done. I was told by Kevin that because it's a demo, this stuff is expected. I could come back and give some of the $5000 discount back to have it repainted. Kevin was very unprofessional and did not want to come to any solution. I then emailed the Dealer Princle Bobby, who drove the vehicle. I was told Bobby received my email and would call me today, July 25. Instead of a call, I received an email saying the discount was fair based on the millage, and minor scratches and rock chips are expected. The road rash is not considered minor, in my opinion, and this is totally unacceptable. Safe to say, I will never step foot in this dealership again. The Saleman Jeevan was awesome and did everything he could to help me, but his managers were very unprofessional and did not care about the happiness of the customer. Highly recommend to stay away. One of those dealerships that take your money and kick you in the behind on the way out! More
