The people at this dealership are always friendly and accommodating . They are respectful to returning customers, I usually always deal with the same people so it seems their staff turn over is low also. accommodating . Took hours to return a phone call. On hold for too long when I called, actually hung up after 10 minutes. When I went to get the car, the keys were not where I was told they would be On hold for too long when I called, actually hung up after 10 minutes. When I went to get the car, the keys were not where I was told they would be. When I got the car, there were 3 strips of tape holding the windshield in place. I had to call back the next day, again on hold for too long, to find out when I could take the tape off. As well there were dirty rags left in the car. I purchased a high end vehicle to get high end service, and usually its ok, but this time I was very disappointed. More

Went there to get a tire fixed which was bought newly before 2 months and initially we were told it’s non repairable but when we asked that it should be under warranty since it was purchased just 2 month before 2 months and initially we were told it’s non repairable but when we asked that it should be under warranty since it was purchased just 2 months back, they came back and said it is under warranty and can be fixed instead of replacing it. It feels a rip off when they just blindly recommend to replace the tire even if it’s fixable. How come when they found out the tire is under warranty all of a sudden the flat was repairable. More
