Peter is condescending and rude Went in to buy a new Merc and was sent to Peter via recommendation, however after sitting down and talking to him he began trying to aggressively upse Went in to buy a new Merc and was sent to Peter via recommendation, however after sitting down and talking to him he began trying to aggressively upsell us on every option. After politely decling, he became rude and condescending claiming we weren’t here to buy a vehicle. His unprofessionalism extended to our trade in and mocked me for trying to trade it in and said its not worth any value, (canadian black book value, 8k). Overall, I am pretty disappointed in heritage valley and Peter Mah. I thought it would better considering it is a new dealership. Would not recommend. More

Welcoming, Professional, and Informative I do not like shopping for cars, I am not interested in cars but know the features that I want. MB Heritage Valley was the perfect fit! I had a spec I do not like shopping for cars, I am not interested in cars but know the features that I want. MB Heritage Valley was the perfect fit! I had a specific model in mind and Justin Tham and Khandaker were welcoming and listened to what I wanted. They were knowledgable and responded appropriately, not trying to push another model. When we returned to the dealership to take the car for a test drive, we were accompanied by our big dog (one of the buying criteria was space for he) and our 2 and 4 year old granddaughters. Justin was incredibly hospitable, welcoming the gang with bottles of water, juice boxes and cookies for the girls, and even treats for the dog! The sale process went just as smoothly. Although we left the dealership to look at other options, Justin's follow up was done with interest, but not at all overbearing. When we decided to buy the MB, Kevin and Justin offered a reasonable package. We then met Louella to review the various options. She was very informative, explaining every offering and making recommendations based upon our needs. She was doing her job, promoting the options but with care to address our needs, not just to make the sale. A friend was also buying a new car from another manufacturer's dealership. Her experience was a complete contrast to mine, making my buying experience just that much more satisfying. I would never have thought to describe a dealership as Hospitable, but that is the word that best describes MB Heritage Valley More
