I had nails In my tire. They didn’t honour their tire warranty. They claimed it was due to the fact it was bold. They never showed me my tires and ended up throwing them out They didn’t honour their tire warranty. They claimed it was due to the fact it was bold. They never showed me my tires and ended up throwing them out when I went to pick up my vehicle. I will not return to their dealership for any future work. I had to bring my winter tires so they can put them on so I can leave their service shop. Very unprofessional. More

Took hours to return a phone call. On hold for too long when I called, actually hung up after 10 minutes. When I went to get the car, the keys were not where I was told they would be On hold for too long when I called, actually hung up after 10 minutes. When I went to get the car, the keys were not where I was told they would be. When I got the car, there were 3 strips of tape holding the windshield in place. I had to call back the next day, again on hold for too long, to find out when I could take the tape off. As well there were dirty rags left in the car. I purchased a high end vehicle to get high end service, and usually its ok, but this time I was very disappointed. More
