I would like to thank Mercedes Heritage Valley for having a nice selection of used cars. We had been looking for a truck for a couple weeks when we came across a very nice truck at a reasonable price. I woul a nice selection of used cars. Service department is unorganized and inattentive. Appointment times don’t mean anything- they look at your vehicle when they have time the same day or the next. I recently tried to purchase a new G63 from Peter their AMG specialist. He first tried to show me a "new" G63 with damaged paint in the showroom which he of course never noticed. After seeing the second op AMG specialist. He first tried to show me a "new" G63 with damaged paint in the showroom which he of course never noticed. After seeing the second option I was immediately surprised as he was hesitant to email a quote for some reason. When Peter finally got back to me on my used G63 for trade in he refused to put the deal in writing. I believe his professional sale response was "why bother". More
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE . I purchased a 2019 G63 last November and have had nothing but problems with it since i drove it off the lot. The second day of driving it wont shift I purchased a 2019 G63 last November and have had nothing but problems with it since i drove it off the lot. The second day of driving it wont shift gears until 6000 to 7000 rpm or i have to do it manually, the engine light came on and i brought it into the dealership and they said the transmission is fine and found no issues with it and reset the code, the same issue continued on and the light went on again and then they did the same thing reset it, it still doesn't shift properly , the driver side window wouldn't go down or up the ambient lighting quit working , they fixed those issues and when i got home i noticed that there was scratches on the side of my drivers seat which were clearly from one of there mechanics getting in and out with tools in there pockets they denied it and said it was there when i bought it. Yesterday i had issue with the heat not working they called me back today after i left a message about it and said they wont deal with me anymore at there dealership so therefor they will not fix it. This dealership is very unprofessional and they like to hide issues mechanically and cosmetically with the vehicle when they sell you a used vehicle. Once they have your money and you sign the papers they don't care about you. I am buying a new G63 this spring and i will go to Calgary or west end as west end has a great customer service and service department. I Have numerous friends with Mercedes and they wont deal with Heritage valley anymore especially there sales team and there service team as they are very unprofessional and rude More
Title: Serious Safety Concerns and Poor Customer Service at Mercedes Benz Heritage Valley Dealership I have been a long-time customer at Mercedes Benz Heritage Valley Dealership. However, I am deeply disap at Mercedes Benz Heritage Valley Dealership I have been a long-time customer at Mercedes Benz Heritage Valley Dealership. However, I am deeply disappointed with a recent service incident and feel compelled to share my experience for the benefit of potential customers. I recently had my daughter's car brought in for a sunroof repair after the glass had shattered. While initiating the repair process, we were offered an additional detailing service, which we declined. We did express our concern about the leftover shattered glass inside the vehicle, and were assured that the glass would be vacuumed out, even if we opted out of the detailing service. Unfortunately, when my daughter returned to pick up her car, she was cut by a piece of glass that was on the driver's seat. She immediately alerted the staff, who apologized and said they would vacuum the car. They only addressed the driver's side and neglected the rest of the vehicle, leaving shards of glass still present. Subsequent to this incident, I reached out to the dealership's management to address this oversight. The response I received was apathetic at best; the manager displayed a noticeable lack of interest in resolving the issue or even acknowledging the gravity of the situation. Given the severe safety concern this poses, coupled with the unprofessionalism exhibited by the management, I find it difficult to recommend this dealership. If you are in the market for a Mercedes, I would advise considering other dealerships that prioritize customer safety and service. More
I recently negotiated a deal for a pre-owned Porsche from Mercedes Heritage Valley. I went out from Ontario to make the deal and purchased this vehicle through a private dealer here in Ontario. The sales sta Mercedes Heritage Valley. I went out from Ontario to make the deal and purchased this vehicle through a private dealer here in Ontario. The sales staff at Heritage Valley provided me with an AMVIC inspection report noting that all aspects including the tires complied with AMVIC standards. The vehicle did not pass safety here in Ontario because the rear tire were substantially worn on the inside. I want only to bring to light how petty this dealer is that they deceived me as a customer with the inaccurate AMVIC report and not provide new tires (less than $1500.00 retail) for this vehicle on a sale that was over $215K. Further they did not have the decency to reply email concerns. Truly the most poor conduct not worthy of anyone spending a dime of their hard earned money at this store. I wish I could post zero stars. It is much deserved. More
