purchase of new Micra Our sales representative was very helpful and patient throughout the process. Everything was explained to us and our questions always answered. When we suggested returning the following day to tie up the deal our rep asked us if we would sign up a pre-purchase to make things run quicker the next day. I refused and let him know that we wouldn't be pressured into making a decision there and then. I suspected at that point the high pressure sales stuff to kick in but to my surprise our rep was fine with that and simply handed us his card and left it at that. We returned the next day and bought the car. Our rep was called NAV BAINS and he was by far the best rep we had dealt with throughout our search for a new card for our daughter. Thank you More
