Went for used, came out with new My wife and I initially went to McPhillips Nissan on a Friday night to view a used 2014 Honda Pilot but after talking with Nav and Valentine, we went My wife and I initially went to McPhillips Nissan on a Friday night to view a used 2014 Honda Pilot but after talking with Nav and Valentine, we went with a new 2016 Pathfinder SL Premium. Nav was courteous and sincere with his desire to help us find the right vehicle for us with Valentine offering us advice based on our needs. At no time did my wife and I ever feel pressured to buy there. recommand the vehicle but not that dealership i bought a new vehicle told them that I would be back in four days to pick it up, they said that it would be full of gas, and new floor mats would be i bought a new vehicle told them that I would be back in four days to pick it up, they said that it would be full of gas, and new floor mats would be on it. I had appointment at 12:30 I showed up there when I was on lunch, I am a service Manager, the manager had someone in there office and could not get me in until a hour and a half and that was after me bugging them that I had to get back to work, then I went to leave with new vehicle and it was empty and the mats were not in it. But they phoned me four times when was I picking it up. I told them I was out of town with my job. Then I go to licence it and they did not give me a NVIS I had to phone them and they had it there, I work right a block from there, they could of phoned me or dropped it off. I am a district manager and do a lot of travelling, and love my new vehicle. I really never complain, they promise me two hats and I did not even get that. I really do love my car More

When we suggested returning the following day to tie up the deal our rep asked us if we would sign up a pre-purchase to make things run quicker the next day. I refused and let him know that we wouldn't be pressured into making a decision there and then. I suspected at that point the high pressure sales stuff to kick in but to my surprise our rep was fine with that and simply handed us his card and left it at that. We returned the next day and bought the car. Our rep was called NAV BAINS and he was by far the best rep we had dealt with throughout our search for a new card for our daughter. Thank you More
