I have said that my experience was painless, which to me is extremely important. It means that I only had to spend as much time as needed in the dealership, yet had all of my questions answered satisfactorily. I was offered an excellent price for my vehicle without having to waste precious time negotiating and haggling. I was also given solid advice when I sought the opinion of my salesperson. Throughout the process, my salesperson was courteous and polite. I never felt pressured to makes any decisions. I felt that my time was valued and that I was valued as a person, not just a monthly sales figure. I would whole-heartedly recommend this dealership to others seeking an excellent car-buying experience. More

You cheated me once and you cheated me a thousand times. I will never forgive nor will I ever forget about your dastardly underhand tactics. Sure, you had your ill gotten gains, but let me be clear that every chance I get I will relay my negative experience to anyone that I come across who maybe interested in buying an Acura. It is anywhere but Markham. People, don't let the smiling faces and the gleaming external appearance of the building fool you, underneath the foundation lies all the filthy critters that are waiting to pounce on any trusting customer. I was one, way too trusting and I got burned. The wound has healed but the scar remains. My question to you was and still is, you cheated me out of about $2,500 over a 4 year lease and that works out to be approximately $1.70 a day - perhaps the price of a cup of large coffee at McDonald's and you have me crusading for life against your dealership every chance I get, was it worth it? I hope you all slept well after splitting that cup of coffee, you people are dirtily cheap or is it cheaply dirty? Jessie, my wife trusted you and that's why we drove twice the distance to meet with you and you ruined that bond. Shame on you all. More
