It has been 4 days after my last post for service call Everyone was so happy while they buying a new vehicle due to all sales representative make a sale on commission, so have to work hard to make a sale. But after you bring the vehicle back for service, I will say "Good Luck"!. My 2016 MDX was hardly driven because we don't like its power. The battery is die down for some reason and can not be towed to get service. Because it is an electronic control gear, you can not shift "N". We have been waiting and calling them, all they can serve you is :"Oh some one will call you back" but never call back at all. It is really suck. We have Lexis and Ford, both don't have this bad really bad service. Think of after purchase guys! You will be frustrate if you don't have spare vehicle! If nothing happen another week, we are going to report to Ministry of Consumer and Ministry of Transportation for "Defective and danger vehicle" More
