If you want a sales person who really cares about getting you what you want and will move mountains for you to get it, I highly recommen the process! If you want a sales person who really cares about getting you what you want and will move mountains for you to get it, I highly recommend you ask for Joe Fonseca because he is so helpful, efficient and knowledgable! For context, I will add that I found myself shopping for a new car after a careless driver wrote off my car and left me in a very different state in which I normally make decisions and process information about big decisions. I needed someone like Joe who is patient, explains things well while still moving quickly and didn't overwhelm me with all those behind the scenes details that were needed to align things to tight deadlines. Mark Wilson's is so lucky to have Joe who proved to be the exact opposite to the stereo type of used car salesperson- he focused on his customer wholeheartedly. If you want great care in your next huge investment (which most cars are these days), ask for Joe by name. Next, I want to recognize Tarmara Calbrio in Finance who thoroughly went over our options, gave us great rates and worked past close in order to help us because we were driving from Peterborough and only had that day to make our plans. She was quick, efficient, informative and friendly to us so we could get back to Peterborough quickly. And, the often forgotten team member is delivery. Samantha Sherratt was saintly in her understanding as she worked alongside of me to problem solve and issue on my end of things upon pick up. She just keep digging into the problem with me and held an attitude of positivity and flexibility the whole time. I am sure I took way more time than she planned, but she never made me feel rushed or that a solution wasn't in reach and for that I was so grateful at a time when that counted the most. I think the difference at Mark Wilson's is really the asset they have in their dedicated staff. They must treat them very well, as everyone I encountered seemed so genuinely happy to be there and willing to go the extra mile for their customers... and I made them go the extra mile through my personal circumstances. This was a major purchase for me and I had to work outside my comfort zone at every step, but was 100% supported as I did and I am glad to have had the kind help my husband and I received. I want to thank you Joe, Tamara and Samantha for putting MY needs first, which you made apparent at every turn! :) More
