Upon signing for my purchase, I got an excellent trade in value on my 2016 VW Beetle and my husband also asked for a touch up pen as a condition (I would have never thought to ask) and guess what I just received in the mail?! WOW, I'm even more impressed a small ask, but they came true buy it. Tamara in the Finance Department was steller also. Had my new (to me) truck the next week after taking it for a test ride.
