Let me start off by praising my Sales person whom make us feel important from the start. My wife and I purchased a GMC Acadia in July and purchased the gap insurance and Global i. I know there are companies feel important from the start. My wife and I purchased a GMC Acadia in July and purchased the gap insurance and Global i. I know there are companies that sell these things as add-ons but It is definitely worth the money and wouldn't purchased a vehicle without it. We had our new car for 3 weeks and someone broke into our home while we were sleeping and stole our car. we received 6,000.00 from nationwide and Global i to purchase a new car. Stella made this process painless for us, which at that time we needed all the help we could get. our insurance company finally payed out the car, so back to Wilsons to purchase our 2nd car. This was 4 days before labour day weekend and we need the car so we could drive to our sons bball tourney in Barrie. It usually takes a week to take delivery but Friday morning we were on ourway to Barrie in our car. There were some issues that need to be addressed in regards to the car but Mark Wilson's assured me that they would be taken care of after we returned. My wife and I are amazed by the service and follow up we recieved to assure us everything was taken car of. I have to add that the Global i and Nationwide save our buts when purchasing the second car. we purchased it again on the our replacement car and the warranty. I would not even think about purchasing a from another dealer, They have made a customer for life, so if you are reading this and are in the market for a new car, pick-up your phone and give Miguel Juan a call. Overall experience was wonderful. There was some miscommunication between sales members about having a new license plate which slowed down the process of pick up. We originally went to Mark Wilson's because of their volume of used vehicles and great selection. We soon realized that the staff was very pleasant to deal with & the vehicles we looked at were all ver volume of used vehicles and great selection. We also looked around and found the prices to be very competitive with any other place. We were offered a fair price on our trade also. I would recommend Wilson's because they treated me well. I came in with my step father, but the staff directed their attention to me even though I'm young. The sales and finance team were great with everything.
