I was watching the vehicle I wanted for about a month before I finally e-mailed about the vehicle. When I entered an e-mail, Rod Sider responded and I was on my way to the best experience I have ever ha before I finally e-mailed about the vehicle. Rod was extremely helpful and in spite of being very busy, he helped me with some interior settings. As a female buyer I have had my share of patronizing sales people; it was very refreshing to not have this experience at Mark Wilson's. Every staff person that I dealt with without exception was very committed to ensuring that I had a good experience and was satisfied with their service. I had done a tremendous amount of research and had been searching for an awd vehicle for 6 mos. Within that time there were numerous experiences at dealerships where the customer service was non existent. I had almost given up on my car search. I was close to deciding to keep my existing vehicle though it wasn't quite meeting my needs. Mark Wilson's was my last shot and I am very glad I made the 2 hour trip from out of town to deal with a dealership that knows how to treat its customers. The experience from beginning to end was essentially stressless and there were no high pressure tactics or hidden agendas. Got a very low ball offer for my trade-in. Ended up selling it private for 3 1/2 times the amount that I was offered. I ended up seeing at least 4 or 5 different people each time I went in the last per selling it private for 3 1/2 times the amount that I was offered. This was my first car purchase, and I am pleased that it was such a seamless process. I was able to choose the vehicle I liked from the website, and have the financing approval, test drive, and purchase all was such a seamless process. The car looked great, the price was within the range I was willing to pay, and I found the staff willing to work with me and answer the questions I had. The only negative I may have found is that when I had my boyfriend with me a lot of the discussion was directed his way, even though I was the one making the decision and the purchase. Overall I was happy with my experience, and would absolutely purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More

I first saw my van on Auto Trader and called my friend Matt Lawson of Auto Trader to ask about Mark Wilson's. He recommended the dealership highly. When I called Mark Wilson's, my salesman, Michael Fonsec Matt Lawson of Auto Trader to ask about Mark Wilson's. He recommended the dealership highly. When I called Mark Wilson's, my salesman, Michael Fonseca, was very friendly and helpful on the phone, answering all my questions about the vehicle. If he didn't know an answer, he checked it out and called me promptly with the information. Since we live 2 hours away from the dealership, it was important for me to get as much information about the van as possible before making the trip to drive it. When we went to the dealership for a test drive and saw how busy a place it is, we were pleased that the van was ready for our drive and Michael was ready to answer any questions. When I called the next time with more questions, Michael had the day off, so I spoke with Neal who also was very helpful giving me more information. We negotiated the deal for the van over the phone and when we arrived to actually purchase and pick it up, the office staff doing the paperwork were very cooperative and professional, obviously knowing their business well. A few minor concerns we had about the van were addressed. The van was beautifully detailed for pick-up and we had a full tank of gas for our trip home. I would be proud to recommend this dealership to my friends. More

i recently went to wilsom's on nov 30th to test drive a 2008 f350 after calling the finance manager the night before i drove 3 hours to guelph when i got there the truck was in the body shop:( this is the 2008 f350 after calling the finance manager the night before i drove 3 hours to guelph when i got there the truck was in the body shop:( this is the reason for me not having an excellent expierence. however, both the sales person and finance manager assured me that the truck was in mint condition and said that they would deliver it to my address at no cost to me and if i did not like it i could send it back. :) the truck eas supposed to be delivered on the following saturday but there were some mechanical problems that they had to fix so i didn't get it until the 17th of december but when the truck arrived it was in mint shape and i bought it and so far am very happy with my purchase More
