Only negative was that I came from Sudbury, so I called the week before and put a down payment on the car so that it would be detailed and ready to go when I got there (six days later). When I arrived, the car was still on the lot and I had to wait five hours before it was detailed and ready for a test drive. Other than that a good experience. More

Quick and easy! My wife and I went to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon after I found a car I was interested in online. We came in from out of town. We were set up with Sunny, and within 10 min we were on our way with an unescorted test drive. After the test drive Sunny introduced us to Shari who went over finance options. There was no pressure to buy which was great! We left without purchasing, but ended up calling back a day later to purchase. As I said we were from out of town so all of our corresponding was done via phone and email. We were able to pick up the car a week later. Sunny and Shari were both very friendly and professional. She managed all my expectations (extra key fob, new tires, oil change, new wiper blades) as well as clearly stated what I should and shouldn't go with. As we financed it she was able to find a solution to reduce my monthly payments by quite a bit. I've had my car for 2 months in this cold weather and have had no problems. I will be getting another car in 2 years from her and Mark definitely. I worked in car rental at the counter for 8 years and am fairly knowledgeable in automotive but she amazed me with her calm and easy demeanor.
