I did pull myself from other waiting list and trusted Marino's Subaru. Big mistake from my end. almost 3 months after they send me an email that apparently Subaru just canceled my order. They didnt even bother and prepare some options or something to compensate me for my loss, coffee or free stickers, anything. Now they offered me $10K+ more expensive option, with much higher interest rates. Do not trust this people, there is no any kind of care for customers and I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. Signing contract with Marino's Subaru does not mean they will fulfill they obligations. In hard times is when you see how customer service is good and if they really care about customers. More
