All I can say is WOW about Maranello BMW My Wife and I recently purchased our first BMW. I was very cautious, and somewhat intimidated by the grandeur of BMW dealerships. We had initially bee My Wife and I recently purchased our first BMW. I was very cautious, and somewhat intimidated by the grandeur of BMW dealerships. We had initially been dealing with a BMW dealership in Kitchener, and left that one with a very poor impression of BMW. I found an X3 on Autotrader for sale at Maranello BMW, so we reached out to them with some trepidation. All I can say is WOW. Our first contact was with Yusuf. He was nothing but polite and a pleasure to deal with. He was not in the least bit pushy, and was completely upfront and honest with us. He set my Wife and I at ease. When we met Stefano... it was fate. His family was from the same, unpronounceable, small town in Italy my Wife's family is from. It was like being at a Family reunion. Delivery of the vehicle was handled by Karanjit. Another very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. My Wife and I are thrilled with the vehicle. Our only disappointment... Maranello BMW is not closer to where we live as we will have to have the vehicle serviced elsewhere. Yusuf, Stefano, and Karanjit are a real testament to Maranello BMW, speak volumes about the dealership, the commitment they have to ensuring their Customers are satisfied. Repair Of Back Brake Light I had a problem with the back LED light on my X6 which is under warranty and decided to take it to Maranello to get it repaired. Great sales experience, won't return for service. I had problems self-replacing a headlamp bulb. Lost the clip in the bumper. Took it in, they said they could take care of it. They did. Fished the cl I had problems self-replacing a headlamp bulb. Lost the clip in the bumper. Took it in, they said they could take care of it. They did. Fished the clip out and installed it and secured the bulb. $165 plus taxes. I get overhead and shop rates but seriously? Also, asked if I wanted the car washed. I was in a hurry and said no. Again halfway through the hour they offered to wash it. I said no thanks. They took the time to wash it anyway and didn't do a great job. I'd have given them one star but my headlights work. More
