The dealership phoned me before the appointment because they were unable to get the tires from storage due to employee shutdowns at the storage facility and then called me to rebook the appointment when the tires were retrieved. On the day of the appointment, the dealership had established protocols to ensure social distancing was in effect and protect customers from the effects or potential spread of COVID-19. The service was professional and friendly. I also received a follow up text from my sales representative. More
