Repair Of Back Brake Light I had a problem with the back LED light on my X6 which is under warranty and decided to take it to Maranello to get it repaired. I ended up dealing wi I had a problem with the back LED light on my X6 which is under warranty and decided to take it to Maranello to get it repaired. I ended up dealing with Lisa as my service rep and Hythem as my mechanic. They were both courteous, polite, professional and knowledgeable I was in and out within an hour with the work done to my complete satisfaction. More

Great sales experience, won't return for service. I had problems self-replacing a headlamp bulb. Lost the clip in the bumper. Took it in, they said they could take care of it. They did. Fished the cl I had problems self-replacing a headlamp bulb. Lost the clip in the bumper. Took it in, they said they could take care of it. They did. Fished the clip out and installed it and secured the bulb. $165 plus taxes. I get overhead and shop rates but seriously? Also, asked if I wanted the car washed. I was in a hurry and said no. Again halfway through the hour they offered to wash it. I said no thanks. They took the time to wash it anyway and didn't do a great job. I'd have given them one star but my headlights work. More

Peter was good handling my concerns. Although the fact that I’ve had to return several times for the Same issues and inconvenienced has left Me with a sour taste. But at least they Cleaned my vehicle that I’ve had to return several times for the Same issues and inconvenienced has left Me with a sour taste. I brought a car to Maranello BMW dealer for service recall air bags.Next day I see my passenger airbag went on. I call dealer to complaint and a service guy(Peter)told me to bring a car back to the de recall air bags.Next day I see my passenger airbag went on. I call dealer to complaint and a service guy(Peter)told me to bring a car back to the dealer to check but this time they have to charge me $165 for diagnose first. Never take my car to this dealer again More
