From the minute i walked into the location , I was greeted with smiles , from the front door and onto the desk of David Sy. David was professional , extremely honest and knowledgeable. The greatest things that resonated most with me was David's empathetic style , extreme professionalism , friendliness and humble attitude. As I mentioned I was experiencing a very disappointing experience from another BMW dealership and David immediately was able to show me a terrific newer ( pre - owned ) BMW x1 , exactly my style , colour etc, at an exceptional price. He handled my trade - in , financing , and extras with care , compassion and excellent expertise. The sale went smoothly , quickly , and I bought the vehicle that day upon first meeting David Sy. He handled everything with ease , and certainly gained my trust quickly . I never felt as I was being " Sold " to .
