This dealer's service team gets an easy 5/5 from me. The next day, they ran a full update, giving me a loaner while I went to work, and having the car ready to go by afternoon, problem resolved. This is in contrast to my "home" dealer, whom I have dealt with 5 years, who responded to an emergency before a long weekend with an appointment the following WEEK. More
