Our BMW helmets got recalled...went to point of purchase ( a BMW dealer) didn't reply to emails or phone calls...I contacted BMW Germany. Got results then...went to Maranello and was sooo pleased. For our oil change service, they took three days to complete the service. No one from BMW called us when our car was done.
