1. After the service the bike kept on showing an alarm “oil check”. I had to go back to the service to reset the alarm. 2. Paid more than expected. Having the most expensive motorbike in BMW range and having paid more than 1000$ For a 40k service, I would have expected a better care and hospitality from BMW (learn from Toyota, please!) 4. Very disorganized. Probably because they just moved the motorcycle sales and service together with Car, but I had the impression they had no control of the situation, at all! More
