After I went to several BMW dealer stores, finally I decided to work with Marenello BMW to finish my first BMW car shopping since I met Maurizio Nonis. I found that his service is professional and his words are reliable. He gave us a lot of good suggestions to think about a pre-owned car. At same time, I found that many of Marenello BMW cars are at good clean condition and give me impression that they choose and take care of pre-owned cars more careful than other BMW dealer stores. After I put my order for my car, I found some concerned information about manufacture design issues and asked to solve this problem for me. Mr. Newel DeSouza understood my concerns and help me relieve them in 5 minutes. In his mind he has big picture and great insights for his business and knew how to stand out from his community. His business strategy and leadership is very impressive. So I understand why he has so good team to work with him. His mechanic Mitchell Osmond did excellent work and good records.
