Very helpful I had a bad credit history but they still got me into a 2013 Focus SE. 6mths later and they helped me into a 2015 Focus Titanium. Service experiences My experiences with this dealer started when they were Dams and continues with Mainland (same service staff). I originally started my experience My experiences with this dealer started when they were Dams and continues with Mainland (same service staff). I originally started my experience with this dealer when i owned a 2008 f-350 king ranch diesel and continue to get my 2015 f-350 king ranch diesel serviced there. I am not a mechanic but am quite knowledgeable on this. As such originally I would ask questions knowing the answer just to see what I was told. In dealing most often with Mark Li I have found him to be quite knowledgeable . His experiences in this field go beyond his dealership. I find this refreshing as I can't build confidence with them if I no more than they do. There has been occasions that they did not have the answers and instead of just saying something just to fill space they actually researched and found the proper solution. Very rare in my experiences. As well I never get pushed on anything. They explain what services are recomended by ford and why and let me decide. If I said no , that was the end of it. I like that. Essentially my service experiences with this dealer with my 2008 inparticular led me to purchase my 2015 with mainland and continue to use this dealer for service. More

Bob Bullock went above and beyond for me I was having some issues with mainland ford and made a complaint and once Bob bullock found out he called me and emailed me right away and not only fi I was having some issues with mainland ford and made a complaint and once Bob bullock found out he called me and emailed me right away and not only fixed my problem when I was leaving his office he asked me what was my plans for the day and told him needed to buy one of those mini Segways for someone's Christmas present and so happens mainland ford was giving away Segways on select purchases and gave me a new one for free and said merry Christmas.. needless to say if you ever have an issue with service just give Bob a call..
