They missed replacing the battery that failed their inspection and quickly replaced it even after we had taken the truck home with no hassle. Great communication. Buying a vehicle can be super stressful but they made it a great experience. More
The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. They inspected my trade, showed me my new truck, a short test drive and completed the purchasing process in short order. They inspected my trade, showed me my new truck, a short test drive and completed the purchasing process in short order. More
Sold me a used car with pre existing issues and also sold me on extended warranty for the parts that were already damaged before I bought it. Once the car was properly diagnosed I got it repaired for $2700 o me on extended warranty for the parts that were already damaged before I bought it. Once the car was properly diagnosed I got it repaired for $2700 out of pocket. I asked the finance manager who sold it to me (Armaanbir) to compensate me since the issue was never stated when I bought it and because he didn’t specify restrictions on the dealerships 90 day warranty for engine and transmission until the problem was diagnosed. He kept gaslighting me and telling me all these issues I was noticing after I took the car home was a “new car experience” and that if the car has issues an engine light would show which is another lie. I found that the service personnel who booked the repairs and arranged for a courtesy car were very friendly and easy to talk to. When I picked up my car, it was washed and vacuumed inside. I recently brought in my 2023 F-150 Lightning for an insurance claim and couldn’t be more pleased with the level of customer service I received. Sachin was both professional and courteous throughout the insurance claim and couldn’t be more pleased with the level of customer service I received. Sachin was both professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He assisted with the insurance paperwork for the third-party replacement and kept me well-informed about the progress and scheduling of the work. More
The only good experience here was with John S who tried hard to be decent and do the right thing. Unfortunately, management made for an embarrassing and unnecessary situation. Thank you John for realizin hard to be decent and do the right thing. Unfortunately, management made for an embarrassing and unnecessary situation. Thank you John for realizing it and putting me on to someone else who was capable of finishing the job, even though it meant he was not going to get the sale! Cheers John for doing the right thing More
I recently faced a frustrating experience at Mainland Ford, where the service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Even after voicing my concerns clearly, they seemed uninterested in providing meaning Ford, where the service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Even after voicing my concerns clearly, they seemed uninterested in providing meaningful assistance. Adding to the trouble, I was charged for services not rendered. Although my 2023 Edge is under warranty, they demanded $199 plus tax for a diagnostic check. Since the car was unsafe to drive, I left it at the dealership reluctantly. About 40 minutes later, they claimed their technician had test-driven the vehicle and found no issues. When retrieving my car, Ashley from the service department asked me to disconnect my dash camera; I refused and drove away, but the issues reappeared about two blocks near Superstore. Upon returning to the dealership, I was informed all their technicians had left for the day and was advised to leave my car with them again, leaving me little option. The next morning, Ashley contacted me again, insisting on an extra $199 plus tax for another diagnosis, which I declined, and decided to visit a different dealership. When I got my keys back, no explanation was offered as to why the car wouldn’t start, Ashley said i don't know why the car does't turn on we don't build them this and they refused to offer further help, forcing me to arrange for a tow as they pushed my car outside. A salesperson at the main gate advised me to try Titanium Ford, hinting that problems with sales at Mainland Ford stem from their technicians being unable to resolve issues. Feeling exploited and distressed, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership if you want transparent and respectful customer service. More
