I recently purchased a 2019 MINI JCW from MINI Vaughan West. My sales rep, Cassandra Lee was very friendly to deal with. The experience did not feel like your stereotypical used car sales transaction, whe West. My sales rep, Cassandra Lee was very friendly to deal with. The experience did not feel like your stereotypical used car sales transaction, whereby she took the extra time to answer any / all of my questions without any sale pressure tactics. It was more so a conversation about the vehicle in question, ensuring I had all information upfront. Moving forward, as I will require to service my MINI, l hope these experiences will be replicated from their Service department. More

Came in for winter service. Service advisor suggested a 55 pointer checkup. Great that they found out that my other winter tire was put on in opposite direction that needs to be reverse. As I got out of the dealership, I thought all the while that I was ready for the winter. Found out after a day or two they did not top up my windshield front and back fluid. With the hard snow yesterday Nov 22, when I try to clean my rear shield, I don’t have any fluid. My point here is, it wasted a lot of my time going back and forth to the dealership just to have this taken cared of in the first place. I paid $55+ for the service that I was not happy with. More
