Not been having the best experience since last 3 visits. Takes 30-45 minutes to book appointments. I was told the after sale service is great but it’s completely opposite. Would rate 1/10. Great service ! Just got a pre-owned mini cooper convertible and David was making sure that it recondition like new. When we pick up the car, apparently there was some seatbelt issue and MINI lend u convertible and David was making sure that it recondition like new. Everyone was very friendly and professional. However the pricing was ridiculous. Quoted my service for 2 hours, but took under one hour and still got charged for the full two hours of work.
