On June 11, 2026, I brought the vehicle in for an appointment due to a persistent issue. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When I arrived, the service representative seemed disinterested in hearing about the specific problems I wanted to explain. Despite my attempts to communicate effectively, he dismissed my concerns, stating he needed to prioritize other tasks. He told me I have to leave fast because I have to pck up my sic kids The mechanic who examined the car displayed a similar attitude. I was informed that the only issue noted was the need for an oil solenoid replacement, based solely on the “verification” they performed without listening to my detailed account of the car’s problems. After spending $183 for this service, I left the dealership with the same check engine light on and no resolution to the ongoing issue that I had hoped to address. This service experience has prompted me to question the current direction of Nissan, especially considering past financial controversies surrounding the company Carlos Ghosn scandal ?. It appears that the focus may have shifted towards generating revenue at ANY cost rather than providing quality customer service and repair work.
