Here's what they did to us, so if you still decide to go there, at least you'll know about this trick and can watch out for it....although I suspect they have plenty more tricks up their sleeve that they can use to rip you off....and you may not even realize. My wife and I went to this dealer on Oct 24, 2015 looking to buy a 2015 Kia Soul. We told the salesman (Ron ans Vinny) we wanted to finance the car and after some negotiating agreed we could afford $282 per month. They then sent us to see the "Finance" manager named William. It appears this guys job is to sell extra's like extended warranty, rust protection, etc. We informed William that we were not interested in any of these extra's, so he printed out the bill of sale and told my wife where to initial and sign - no explanation what so ever about what was in the bill of sale. Later that evening I was looking at the bill and noticed an $800 charge labelled "Protection". Since we declined those extra protections, called William who told me that the $800 was simply an accounting entry for the winter tires and remote starter we had negotiated into the deal and that we were not actually being charged the $800. I knew this was false, since the price of the car increased by $800, so how can we not be paying for it. I visited the dealer who initially stuck to the same excuse as above. After explaining to them that it didn't make any sense, they took me to see the general mgr, Emmanouel. This guy was something else. He gave me 2 BS excuses: the 1st was that they had already taken the $800 off the MSRP. I know this is BS since taking something away and then adding it back in cancel each other out..net being 0. His second attempt was telling me that the price does not matter...that's right, he said price does not matter since we financed the car at $282 per month. Under this logic, if me wife had said we could afford $500 per month, they could have charged us $50k for the same car and that would have been perfectly good with them. He then uttered this classic....he offered to remove the $800, but said the price would not change...That's right, under his accounting, adding $800 increases the price by $800, but removing $800 has no effect on price. Don't we all wish we had a business that works like that....we'd all be millionaires in no time!! So after reading the above, can you guess why they added the extra $800 charge? Here it is....since they knew we could afford monthly payments of $282 per month, they took it upon themselves to add whatever amount necessary to bring the sales price up to the level that those payments would support. In our case they arbitrarily added $800 to the sales price because the $282 would cover the amount being financed. Instead of coming to us and saying, hey we have good news, we can do the deal for a lower monthly payment, those chose to rip us off an extra $800. I can only imagine how many other people they have done this to over the years. You've been warned. Go to this dealer at your own risk, but if you still do, expect some trickery and deception. Seems like they have this process down pat, so have to assume they have pulled this off many times before. If consumers stopped going to these kinds of dishonest dealers, maybe they will change their ways, but only if it effects their bottom line. That's the only way they will listen or for Kia Canada to take action against these clowns....I say teach them a lesson and boycott them. More

Excellent Customer service experience I bought my Kia Optima at this dealership just over 2 weeks ago. From when I walked into the dealership, my experience was nothing short of exceptiona I bought my Kia Optima at this dealership just over 2 weeks ago. From when I walked into the dealership, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone involved in helping me make the final decision on which car to get were very nice. Especially the gentleman Paul. He went above and beyond. The manager was very nice. Not pushy but helping me get what I was comfortable with. Thanks to you all. Vin/Joy More

Excellent KIA Dealership in All Aspects I have purchased a 2014 KIA Rondo EX 7 Seater from this dealership last summer. Louis, our sales person was very friendly, not pushy at all, answered I have purchased a 2014 KIA Rondo EX 7 Seater from this dealership last summer. Louis, our sales person was very friendly, not pushy at all, answered all our questions, and every time I went in for service, he came to greet me and ask about the car and even the family. When during a US car trip we had a stone chip situation where the entire windshield needed replacement, Louis personally arranged for a first rate service right the day of our return from the trip to get the windshield replaced. The service department arranged everything with the insurance. Even though the Window tinting needed to be redone 3 times (their subcontractor's fault), I only received the highest class service from the dealership - that includes even Emmanouel, the sales manager's personal involvement to provide me with a temporary replacement vehicle for the time of the repair, and his personal call over to the tinting company to rectify the situation. No wonder, that I just signed another sales agreement with them again, as my beloved Rondo was totalled in a recent accident. Emmanouel was highly accommodating to my situation, and went above and beyond to help out. Going to this dealership is like visiting friends. I very much appreciate all that they do. More
