Longtime customer lost! A longtime customer no more! Thought I was getting a good deal when Londonderry Dodge called me in to make a trade on my truck, save some money and ge A longtime customer no more! Thought I was getting a good deal when Londonderry Dodge called me in to make a trade on my truck, save some money and get a newer truck...sounded like a great deal! When I asked if the newer truck model had all the same features, they assured me it did. The only difference was the seats were fabric and did not have the cooling option, this was fine by me. The new truck was not at the dealership during the trade in and they did not provide me with a summary sheet of the new trucks features but I trusted the sales team I was dealing with. When I received the new truck I was very happy, only to find it did not come with a car starter. They had assured me every feature was the same and when I mentioned how I upset I was to find that it didn't have a car starter, they said they couldn't do anything. This will now be a $400-$700 expense out of pocket because i was lied to by this dealership. I cannot believe that after purchasing 3 separate vehicles from them they didn't care to resolve this situation. They have lost a customer for life and we will also advise all our friends and family to go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed! More

When I first went in to look at vehicles, I was a new car buyer and I feel as if My experience so far with Londonderry dodge has been less then good. When I first went in to look at vehicles, I was a new car buyer and I feel as if Londonderry dodge took full advantage of this. The gentleman helping me pushed and pushed even when I tried to think on it for a day. I should have myself had a bit more back bone but when you're being pushed as hard as I was I fell naive to their swindling. I have had friends who when buying vehicles (especially brand new) get exceptional service, as well as some perks such as a couple free oil changes, new mats, new tires etc., (only found out after buying my Jeep). Although the sales person does not have to do these things you would think that when they realized I was as new to buying a vehicle as I was, that instead of taking advantage like they did they would have helped me out. It has only been 8 months and I have had 3 recalls on my Jeep, and not to mention now when I go to speed up my Jeep will not go into gear and rev up far (5- 8 thousand RPM) and almost stall. Imagine being on a single lane highway and try to pass a semi and have your jeep not even go past 100 km while revving at 6000 rpm and having to get back behind the semi because you are afraid for your life. Also this happening while you drive to work in the city and not being able to speed up or afraid to pass because you know you cannot. And when I called to make an appointment they were not even helpful to decide the procedure of bringing your car in at an early time. I had an appointment at 7 am and waited a while with still no help. I had to leave to get to work. Overall I would say go somewhere else for both buying a car and doing repairs on your car. More

The salesman was nice, but once they realized I wanted to continue my search at other dealerships to get a second opinion the sales manager Chad was very pushy, tried to make me sign papers without letting me read them and once I told him I didn't want the car he made me feel extremely guilty. Also he told me I should put down a 500 dollar refundable deposit to hold the car for a few days but its been multiple weeks since I told them I was no longer interested and they have yet to refund my money!! I will not be going back and no be recommending to anyone. This is the first review I've ever bothered to write More
Poor experience after buying a Jeep I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee with specific options in black. One was pointed out to me at this dealership so I contacted them. After a coup I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee with specific options in black. One was pointed out to me at this dealership so I contacted them. After a couple of emails were exchanged, I traveled to Edmonton from northern BC and bought a Grand Cherokee Summit that was about two years old for about $50,000. The Jeep appeared to be in good shape and the salesman was very polite and helpful. On my way home, things did not go well. I did not make it to the west side of Edmonton when the instrument panel said that an oil change was needed. It was after hours so I went home then I took it to the Dodge dealer in Prince George, BC for an oil change. They said that because I bought it elsewhere that I should take it back there for the oil change. They would need two or three days to fit it in to their schedule. I took it to a commercial oil change shop downtown. They found that the oil drain bolt had been tightened by a gorilla when their mechanic's socket split trying to loosen this bolt. I contacted Londonderry and made an appointment for an oil change. It cost me almost $70.00 for oil and filter which should have been done before I picked it up. I have now had it almost two months and it runs great but ... It has only been used by me and my wife with no other passengers. One day, it needed a wash and wax so I took it to a detailing service for this. When the interior was cleaned, they found a garbage heap under the rear seat. They showed me CHICKEN BONES, potato chips, candy wrappers and gas station receipts amongst the larger pieces with lots of smaller pieces that went into the vacuum. I had told the salesman that because of the good experience with him that I would recommend their dealership to people that I knew that were looking for a new car or pickup. Now I do not think that I would be able to recommend them to anyone because of my post buying experiences. More

Dean Rogan called ahead to let us know he had it ready to go while we were on our way up. I truly appreciated his and all the staffs no pressure approach, they were informative and courteous. We traded in our old pick up truck, they gave us a very fair price for it, even after we found out about a previous accident that we were unaware of. Our negotiations were open, honest and fair for both the trade value and the purchase price, they exceeded my expectations. They gave us directions to AMA and our bank, while we were out they fully prepped the car filled it up and had us on our way back to Calgary in our new car! Thanks Dean and everyone involved in our transaction. To top off the great service I had a follow up call from one of the other sales people that resulted in them sending me headphones that were missing! Just excellent service! More

He was friendly and accommodating and made excellent recommendations to help me upgrade my Jeep purchase with after-market parts from their excellent parts department. From the sales manager to the salesman and finance guys. They are willing to work with you on a deal and get you the best price and finance done, good value on trade and overall just an excellent experience. They were not pushy or pressuring and I felt comfortable taking my time to make sure that the vehicle I was getting was the right one for me, and I did.
